The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving growth by increasing the number of units in field. This role requires superior communication, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the company's products, services and global market trends. The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales manager, to develop strategies to expand product reach.
The Sales Executive is also responsible to ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development- Identify and target new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain updated knowledge on industry trends and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address concerns.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and problem resolution.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure continued service excellence.
- Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Work closely with the sales manager to execute sales and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of company products and services.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to demonstrate these competencies.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
