Responsibilities
- Promote and market subscription-based services and packages
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Manage customer subscriptions, renewals, and related transactions
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth business activities
- Prepare sales and performance reports for management
- Coordinate with headquarters and support teams to achieve business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or branch operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage directly with customers and build lasting relationships
- Experience with subscription-based products or services is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred
