Sales Manager – Arabic Speaker (Full‑time, on‑site, Manama, B13, BH).

Dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager responsible for managing corporate and local accounts, driving MICE business and supporting catering sales through proactive client engagement.

• Manage and grow existing corporate and local accounts.
• Actively source new business through calls, visits, and networking.
• Handle MICE inquiries (meetings, conferences, events) from lead to conversion.
• Support catering sales and coordinate with operations for smooth execution.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow up on quotations.
• Conduct site inspections and client presentations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain strong relationships to secure repeat business.

• Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Strong knowledge of corporate, MICE, and catering segments.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Target‑oriented and proactive approach.
