Role :
Account Manager (Software Sales)

The position is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, managing enterprise accounts, and selling software solutions such as:

  • Business Applications
  • ERP systems
  • HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems)
  • Portals and Mobile Applications
  • Software Solutions and Services
  • Cloud-based solutions and services (preferred)
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and acquire new customers.
  • Generate revenue from assigned accounts.
  • Meet annual Gross Profit (GP) and sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for software solution offerings.
Account Management
  • Manage large corporate and enterprise accounts.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand customer business requirements and align solutions accordingly.
Solution Selling
  • Work closely with presales and technical teams to create compelling proposals.
  • Position business applications and digital transformation solutions effectively.
  • Engage vendors early to secure deal registration and protection.
Tender & Proposal Management
  • Lead customer engagements for large opportunities.
  • Conduct due diligence before submitting proposals.
  • Increase win probability for tenders and RFPs through strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.
  • 4–5 years of strong ("hardcore") sales experience with IT System Integrators.
  • Experience selling enterprise software solutions.
Preferred Skills
  • ERP sales experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.).
  • Cloud solutions sales experience.
  • Enterprise account management.
  • Proposal and tender management.
  • Negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication
