We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative to join our team in Manama. As a Sales Representative you will promote and sell our products to new and existing customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and contribute to the growth of our company.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Reach or exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Keep track of sales trends and customer needs to recommend product improvements or new products.
• Participate in trade shows and other promotional events to represent the company and its products.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve better results.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any questions or concerns from customers.

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers from different backgrounds.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.

Base salary:
US $1,800 per month. You will also have the opportunity to earn commission based on your sales performance.
