Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Manama, Bahrain.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Manage the sales team providing training and coaching to ensure their success.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide feedback for improvement.

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
