About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our presence across leading e-commerce marketplaces in the GCC region, including Amazon, Noon, and other regional and international platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketplace operations, optimizing product performance, driving sales growth, and leading marketplace expansion by identifying, onboarding, and launching new marketplace channels.
Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management- Manage and optimize the company's marketplace accounts across Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure marketplace accounts maintain excellent performance and comply with all platform policies and operational standards.
- Monitor account health metrics and resolve issues that may impact performance.
- Identify new marketplace opportunities across the GCC and international markets.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new marketplace accounts, including registration, verification, documentation, and launch.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to successfully activate new sales channels.
- Develop and execute marketplace expansion plans aligned with the company's growth strategy.
- Create, upload, and maintain high-quality product listings.
- Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and product attributes to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Ensure catalog accuracy and consistency across all marketplaces.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate replenishment with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams.
- Update pricing, promotions, and campaigns based on company strategy and market trends.
- Monitor competitor pricing and recommend pricing actions.
- Track sales performance and marketplace KPIs.
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and product performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations to improve revenue and profitability.
- Support and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Noon Ads, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities to maximize ROAS.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth marketplace execution.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers and platform support teams when required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience managing marketplaces, preferably within the GCC region.
- Hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Experience managing Noon Marketplace is highly preferred.
- Experience launching new marketplace accounts and expanding into new marketplaces is a strong advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
