Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage sales pipelines, and build long-term relationships with merchants, service providers, and charitable organizations. Daily responsibilities include presenting Turbo Pay solutions, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating agreements, and coordinating onboarding and training for new clients.
The role also involves developing and executing marketing initiatives, supporting promotional campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging and market positioning. The specialist will monitor market trends and client feedback to inform strategy and help drive adoption of Turbo Pay’s cashless tipping, payment, and donation solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, clients, and partners effectively.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Ability to deliver Training and product demonstrations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Background in marketing or fintech-related sales, with familiarity in digital payments or financial technology solutions.
- Ability to work on-site in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area and travel locally to meet clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic data analysis to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
