Position:
Full‑time, on site.

• Welcome customers in the showroom and understand their needs and requirements.
• Explain wooden products, available materials, their features, and different uses.
• Provide suitable suggestions and solutions based on customer needs and budgets.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer orders until the sales process is completed.
• Achieve the monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Follow up with existing customers and attract new clients to enhance sales growth.
• Manage and develop both retail (B2C) and corporate/project (B2B) sales.
• Build professional relationships with contractors, designers, developers, and commercial clients to enhance sales opportunities and cooperation.
• Coordinate with the design or execution department to ensure client requirements are met properly.
• Monitor inventory and ensure the availability of required materials and products in the showroom.
• Arrange and organize the showroom while maintaining a professional and attractive product display.
• Use company systems to enter customer data, prepare invoices, and update order statuses.
• Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure customer satisfaction with the provided products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare periodic sales and customer activity reports and submit them to management.
• Comply with company policies and showroom work regulations.

• More than 5 years of experience in sales or wooden products and furniture showrooms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and companies.
• Good knowledge of wood products, types, finishes, and related accessories.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Preferred: 5 years experience specifically in a wooden showroom sales environment.
