Main Responsibilities- Supervise and guide sales representatives in their assigned areas.
- Execute promotional and merchandising activities in the outlets.
- Plan and implement on‑premise promotion through the sales representative.
- Manage distribution channel to achieve overall company objectives.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or related fields.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English skills (writing and speaking).
- Good team management abilities.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and result‑oriented.
- Positive attitude towards direction and ability to work under pressure.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Internet & Email.
- Respect and support Goodhill’s vision, mission and core values.
- Driving license is a must.
