We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead the growth of our business in Bahrain. As one of the GCC’s fastest-growing platforms, we are looking for someone who is passionate about building meaningful partnerships and driving commercial success in an established market.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our portfolio of brand partners, strengthening existing relationships, and driving commercial growth across Bahrain. Working closely with leadership, you will play a key role in accelerating our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the platform continues to grow as a leading destination for youth engagement in the GCC.
Responsibilities- Drive the company’s commercial growth by identifying, developing, and closing new partnership opportunities across Bahrain
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective brand partners and strategic accounts
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing partners, ensuring high levels of engagement, retention, and growth
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through new campaigns, activations, and commercial initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of partner campaigns and deliver an excellent partner experience
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings to strengthen the brand’s presence in the market
- Own commercial targets and consistently deliver against revenue and partnership KPIs
- Provide market insights and recommendations to leadership on new verticals, partnership opportunities, and business growth strategies
- Work cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to support business objectives and enhance the overall platform offering
- Bahraini national preferred
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, account management, or commercial roles.
- Proven track record of acquiring new business and managing strategic client relationships
- Existing network across brands, restaurants, retailers, lifestyle, hospitality, FMCG, or relevant industries in Bahrain is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of the Bahraini market, consumer trends, and local business landscape
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed commercial targets
- Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into long‑term partnerships
- Arabic and English fluency preferred
- Based in Bahrain and available to start immediately
