Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Person to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in sales and should have completed at least the 10th grade. This is a full‑time position that requires working from the office.

• Customer Engagement – Actively interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services, ensuring a positive experience.
• Sales Target Achievement – Work toward meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets by developing effective strategies and building a solid customer base.
• Product Knowledge – Stay updated on product features, benefits and promotions to provide accurate information to customers and enhance sales opportunities.
• Order Processing – Handle order placements, payments, and invoicing to ensure a smooth transaction process for customers.
• Feedback Collection – Gather customer feedback to improve services and products, contributing to overall business growth.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with team members and management to share insights and suggest improvements in sales strategies.

• Communication Skills – Strong verbal communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and conveying product information.
• Sales Experience – A background in sales or customer service is favored, ideally 1 to 4 years, to ensure familiarity with sales processes.
• Goal‑Oriented – The candidate should be motivated by targets and willing to put in the effort to achieve them.
• Basic Math Skills – Basic arithmetic skills are necessary for order processing and handling transactions.
• Team Player – Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues while also being self‑driven and proactive.
