Role Description The Export Sales Executive is a full-time, on‑site role based in Manama, responsible for driving international sales growth and expanding Amalfi Foods’ presence in global markets. Day‑to‑day activities include identifying and qualifying new overseas customers and distributors, managing existing export accounts, and negotiating contracts and pricing in line with company policies. The role involves preparing export documentation, coordinating with logistics and production teams to ensure timely deliveries, and monitoring market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements in target regions.
The Export Sales Executive will also develop sales forecasts, contribute to market entry strategies, participate in trade shows or customer visits as needed, and provide regular performance reports to management.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with international partners and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of export processes and regulations, with experience handling export documentation and coordinating shipments.
- Proven experience in international sales, with a track record of developing and growing business in overseas markets.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and international business practices, particularly within FMCG or food manufacturing sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
