• Develop and maintain existing customer accounts while generating new business opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and business growth.
• Conduct customer visits, telemarketing, and market research to identify sales opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, invoices, and related sales documentation.
• Manage and respond to customer emails, inquiries, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide customer support, consultations, and after-sales services.
• Coordinate with sales, technical teams, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth business operations.
• Follow up on customer requirements, project progress, and service delivery.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.

Sales skills, communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation & persuasion skills. Self‑management & self‑motivated, creative, and skilled in investigation & problem solving. Possess good customer service and public relations skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in the same field.
• Excellent oral and written English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preferably with a background in Telecommunication and Networking field.
