This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Retail Sales Executive at Albayan Perfumes in Bahrain.

The Senior Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers, recommending suitable fragrances, achieving individual and branch sales targets, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. The role also includes supporting junior sales staff, maintaining product displays, monitoring stock availability, and ensuring compliance with company sales and customer‑service standards.

• Welcome customers and identify their fragrance preferences.
• Recommend suitable perfumes and confidently explain product differences.
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets.
• Increase average transaction value through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of perfumes, sizes, offers, and promotions.
• Support and guide junior retail sales employees.
• Process sales accurately through the POS system.
• Monitor product availability and report low‑stock items.
• Maintain attractive, clean, and organized product displays.
• Handle customer questions and complaints professionally.
• Support daily opening, closing, and cash‑handling procedures.
• Provide management with feedback on customer demand and best‑selling products.
• Follow all company policies, sales procedures, and grooming standards.

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in retail sales.
• Previous experience in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, fashion, or luxury retail is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Good knowledge of upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
• Confident, professional, and customer‑focused personality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluency in Arabic is required;
  English communication skills are preferred.
• Basic experience using POS or retail management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Currently residing in Bahrain and available to work across Albayan Perfumes retail branches.
