Responsibilities
Lead and ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the reservations department, ensuring that all contacts receive an optimum level of service and care at all times.
Ensure all reservations are accurately actioned within the same working day.
Support other departments, especially Sales, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable stay and that required sales targets are met.
QualificationsFluency in the English language is mandatory.
Knowledge of the Arabic language is an advantage.
Previous experience in a similar capacity is required or preferred, ideally with Accor Hotels.
Excellent telephone presentation, self‑propelled sales skills, and an ability to sell are desired.
Mandatory knowledge of Opera PMS.
