• 2.1.1. coldcallingtechniquesonprospects
• 2.1.2. persuadingpotentialcustomerstopurchaseaproduct orservice
• 2.1.3. obtainingreferralsandleadsfromavarietyofsourcesfromleadgenerationactivities
• 2.1.4. contributing to department’sfunctionofcollectingdataandconvertingthemintoqualifiedleadsthenconductsalescalls.

• Servescustomersbysellingproductsviatelephone.
• Contactindividualsbytelephoneinordertosolicitsalesforgoodsorservices.
• Recommendschangesinproducts,service,andpolicybyevaluatingresultsandcompetitivedevelopments.
• Resolvescustomercomplaintsbyinvestigatingproblems,developingsolutions,preparing reports,andmakingrecommendationstomanagement.
• Maintainsprofessionalandtechnicalknowledgebyattendingeducational workshops,reviewingprofessionalpublications,establishingpersonalnetworks,andparticipatinginprofessionalsocieties.
• Conductclientormarketsurveys,andtypedetailed notesregardingsaleorserviceoffered.
• Deliverpreparedsalestalks,readingfromscriptsthat describeproductsorservices,to persuadepotentialcustomerstopurchaseaproduct orservice.
• Explainproductsorservicesandprices,andanswerquestionsfromcustomers.
• Maintain records ofcontacts, accounts,and orders in the company’s system only.
• Obtaincustomerinformationsuchasname,address,andpaymentmethod,andenter ordersintocomputers.
• Obtainnamesandtelephonenumbersofpotentialcustomersfromsourcessuchas referrals, cold calling,andanyotherlegalmeans.
• Assistandsupportthelinemanagerbytakingtasksassignbythemwhennecessary.

• Minimumofhighschoolcertification
• Diplomaandsomeformofworkexperienceispreferred

ToachievethedailyandmonthlysalesKPIsassetbythemanagement.

Monthlysalesresultsmustbewithintargetssetbymanagementintermsofpremiumandcommissionincome,andthisissubjettoreviewminimumofonceannually.

Commissionsorincentivestobeagreed.
