Siply is a Bahrain-based café discovery and pickup-ordering platform that helps customers discover cafés, explore menus, access offers, and place orders in advance.

We are looking for a motivated Café Partnerships Executive to help grow our network of café partners across Bahrain.

You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding new cafés onto the Siply platform.

The role involves meeting café owners and managers, presenting Siply’s services, negotiating partnership terms, following up with leads, and coordinating the onboarding and launch process.

• Identify and approach potential café partners.
• Arrange and conduct meetings with café owners and decision-makers.
• Present Siply’s services, benefits, and commercial terms.
• Negotiate and close new café partnerships.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
• Collect onboarding documents, menus, and branch information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth café launches.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with café partners.
• Achieve weekly and monthly acquisition targets.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or B2B sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confident approaching businesses and speaking with decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
• Knowledge of Bahrain’s café and hospitality market is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence.
• Access to a personal vehicle is preferred.
