We are looking for a high-agility, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager based in Bahrain to drive enterprise client engagement, expand our product footprint, and spearhead market expansion across key growth markets in the GCC, Levant, and North Africa (Bahrain, Jordan, Egypt, and Iraq).

This role provides direct ownership over a strategic multi-country territory, pitching next-generation eMACH.ai architecture (Cloud, Microservices, API-first),
Islamic & Wholesale Core Banking
, and flagship Enterprise AI / Agentic platforms
.

• Strategic Positioning: Drive client awareness, PoCs, and complex sales cycles for cutting-edge Enterprise AI workflows, AAOIFI-compliant Islamic Core Banking, and Transaction/Wholesale Banking engines.
• Account & Territory Management: Build and deepen C-level relationships (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital/Wholesale) across existing institutional accounts and drive new business acquisition.
• Contract Lifecycle: Oversee recurring software license expansions, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), up-selling, and cross-selling.
• Ecosystem Partnerships: Build local consulting and SaaS partner networks (especially in high-growth markets like Egypt) to scale lead generation and RFP wins.
• Regional Execution: Conduct regular market visits across Jordan, Egypt and Iraq to drive pipeline velocity and lead executive discovery workshops.

• Experience: 10+ years of proven enterprise B2B sales/business development experience in Banking Software or Fin Tech solutions

• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Core Banking (Conventional & Islamic), Wholesale/Corporate Banking, or Enterprise AI/Analytics platforms.
• Regional Track Record: Demonstrated success closing enterprise software deals and managing key banking accounts in the Middle East & North Africa (GCC, Levant, or North Africa).
• Consultative Selling: Adept at navigating multi-stakeholder procurement cycles, pitching composable architecture, and executing value-led selling strategies.
• Working Style: Highly autonomous, self-driven, and comfortable with frequent regional travel.
