Presales Expert

About the Role

To support Zain Customer Experience (CX) products business growth by combining solution consulting, business development, and customer engagement activities. The Presales Engineer is responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending appropriate CX and AI solutions, preparing technical and commercial proposals, supporting customer demonstrations and workshops, and assisting the sales team throughout the sales lifecycle while representing Zain in customer and industry engagements.

• Engage with customers to understand business, operational, and customer experience requirements through discovery meetings and workshops
• Recommend suitable CX solutions including Contact Center, Omnichannel, AI Chatbot, AI Voice Bot, CRM, and CX Advisory services
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and technology partners to develop end-to-end CX and AI solutions
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, Bills of Quantity (BoQ), Statements of Work (SoW), and responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders
• Support customer demonstrations, workshops, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and executive presentations
• Develop business cases, ROI models, and value propositions for proposed solutions
• Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle from opportunity qualification to proposal submission
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and technology vendors
• Support pricing, licensing, solution sizing, and commercial proposal preparation
• Represent Zain during customer meetings, exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and industry events
• Create technical content, case studies, solution briefs, and presentation materials to support marketing initiatives
• Contribute to Linked In campaigns and thought leadership related to CX, AI, and Digital Transformation
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and CX solutions
• Perform any other related duties as assigned or needed

• Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, AI, CRM, Cloud, and Digital Transformation solutions
• Experience with Genesys Cloud CX, Freshworks, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms is an advantage
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications in Presales, Solution Consulting, Sales Excellence, Business Analysis, Proposal Management, Negotiation, Customer Experience, or Project Management will be considered an advantage.
• 8-10 years of experience in Presales, Business Development, Solution Consulting, Customer Experience, Contact Center, ICT, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology Solutions.
• Experience in preparing proposals, tenders, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial documentation.
• Experience in customer engagement and executive-level presentations
