Job Description

visit supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and retail outlets to introduce our brands

Secure product placements, collaborations, and consignment opportunities

Identify and approach new sales channels and distribution points

Support expansion into kiosks and small retail concepts

Coordinate sampling, tastings, and basic activations

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners

Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor observations

Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and on-ground execution

Assist outlets in generating walk-in traffic and awareness when needed

Desired Candidate Profile

Currently based in Bahrain

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or similar roles

Familiarity with local market, suppliers, and retail landscape

Existing connections/network is a strong advantage

Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working outdoors daily

Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts

Able to work independently and report clearly

Must have a valid driving license
