Cisco Account Manager

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for establishing and maintaining account plans to promote sales growth for Cisco products.

• Establishing and maintaining account plans to promote sales growth.
• Establishing relationship with partners at all organization levels including senior executives.
• Recruiting and developing B2B relationship with IT Segment in Bahrain.
• Keeping full engagement with Vendor's Partners business managers’ Team.
• Achieving assigned quota for the products and services.
• Following up for payment and maintaining credit lines with all partners.
• Conducting weekly engagements with Vendor's Account Managers on priorities and ensuring complete alignment with their GTM strategy.
• Ensuring maximum breadth coverage and end-to-end relationship on deals.
• Enabling sales representatives within partners.
• Remaining updated with current technologies on Networking and Cybersecurity.

• Bachelor's Degree/ Bachelor’s in Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1-2 years of selling experience in Information Technology (distribution level will considered as an added advantage).
• Very good knowledge of the Bahrain IT market.
• Bahraini driver’s license is mandatory.
• Good communication (verbal and written) in English.
• Very good command of MS Office.
• Ability to handle multi partners at the same time with high quota.
• Ability to handle credit lines with the internal team and partners.
• Ability to recruit new partners.
• Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel.
• Solid understanding of pipeline management.
