Premier Q is looking for a Business Development Manager based in Bahrain to drive sales and develop new business opportunities across the Bahrain market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business and generate sales opportunities in Bahrain
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, schools and government entities
- Promote Premier Q’s sports, recreation and play solutions
- Identify upcoming projects and follow opportunities from initial lead through quotation and award
- Understand client requirements and work with our technical team to propose suitable solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits
- Maintain and develop existing client relationships
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Experience in the construction or projects industry
- Good technical understanding and ability to discuss project requirements with clients
- Experience in sports fields, playgrounds, recreational facilities, landscaping or related products is highly preferred
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the Bahrain market and ability to develop new client relationships
- Self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable working toward sales targets
- Valid Bahrain driving licence preferred
