Independent B2B Sales Partner

Business Development Partner — AI Operations | Bahrain

Nexus Flow AI is expanding into Bahrain and looking for an experienced B2B Sales Partner to help us build and grow the market.

This is an independent, performance-based sales opportunity for someone who is confident in finding prospects, building relationships, running meetings and closing B2B deals.

You will represent Nexus Flow AI in the Bahrain market and manage the sales process from start to finish:

Prospecting → Outreach → Discovery → Business Analysis → ROI Discussion → Presentation → Proposal → Negotiation → Closing

You will be responsible for building your own pipeline through your network, referrals, Linked In, direct outreach, cold calling, business visits and other B2B prospecting methods.

Leads are not assigned. You will be expected to generate your own opportunities and close your own business.

Nexus Flow AI will provide product knowledge, sales support, solution guidance and technical support after the sale.

We deploy Managed AI Operations Systems for businesses.

These systems can help automate customer communication, lead qualification, appointment booking, follow-up, CRM workflows, sales processes and other business operations.

This is not a simple chatbot sales role. You will be selling a business solution and should be comfortable discussing business problems, operational inefficiencies and ROI with decision-makers.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Based in Bahrain
• Experienced in B2B sales or business development
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, CEOs, GMs and decision-makers
• Strong in prospecting, relationship building and negotiation
• Comfortable building a pipeline from zero
• Self-driven and able to work independently
• Professional, consistent and commercially minded
• Confident presenting technology or business solutions

Experience in technology, SaaS, software, CRM, automation, telecom, digital solutions or business services is a strong advantage.

Arabic and English are strongly preferred.

An existing Bahrain business network is a major advantage.

First 90 Days — Performance Period

BHD 0 fixed salary

30% commission on collected setup fees for deals you close

There is no commission cap.

For example:

• BHD 500 setup → BHD 150 commission
• BHD 1,000 setup → BHD 300 commission
• BHD 2,000 setup → BHD 600 commission

Commission is paid after the corresponding customer payment is received by Nexus Flow AI.

Sales Partners who achieve the required performance level can move into the ongoing Sales Partner structure:

BHD 350/month performance retainer

20% commission on collected setup fees

5% commission on collected recurring revenue for the first 6 months of each client

The retainer is performance-based and subject to continued sales performance.

After qualification, Nexus Flow AI can provide:

• Product and sales training
• Sales materials and solution support
• Technical support from the Nexus Flow team
• Company laptop for business use
• Reasonable approved business-travel reimbursement for qualified client meetings

You will not be responsible for technically building or implementing the AI systems yourself.

This is not a conventional fixed-salary sales position

During the initial 90-day period, there is no fixed salary and no guaranteed monthly income
.

You will be responsible for finding your own prospects, building your own pipeline and managing the sales process through closing.
