Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Manama. As a Mason Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring high‑quality construction work is completed on time and within budget.

• Manage and supervise a team of masons ensuring they have the necessary materials and tools to complete their tasks efficiently.
• Plan and schedule daily tasks for the mason team ensuring all work is completed according to project timelines.
• Train new masons on techniques and safety procedures and provide guidance and support to the team as needed.
• Monitor the quality of work being done by the mason team making adjustments or providing feedback as necessary.
• Communicate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure projects are progressing smoothly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

• Minimum of 5 years experience working as a mason with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• In‑depth knowledge of various construction materials, tools and techniques used in masonry work.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.

This is a full‑time position based in Manama. The salary for this role is $1700, along with accommodation provided by the company. We also offer free visa sponsorship and tickets for international candidates.
