Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

We are currently hiring a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Manama Bahrain on a contract basis. As a Carpenter you will be responsible for constructing, installing and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood and wallboard. • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine specifications and materials needed.
• Measurement and marking cutting lines on materials using rulers, pencils, chalks or marking gauges.
• Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools such as chisels, saws, drills etc.
• Assemble prepared wood to form structures such as frameworks, rafters, stairways and more.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings etc.
• Inspect work progress to ensure it meets specifications and standards.
• Repair or replace damaged or defective parts.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of woodworking machines and tools e.g., saws and drills.
• Good physical strength and stamina.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination.
• Biometric passport for travel purposes.

• Salary of 1400$ per month tax‑free.
• Opportunity for overtime pay.
• Contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.
