• Electro-mechanical maintenance activities on site
• Preparation, execution and reporting of maintenance activities
• Solve errors within the system, especially sorter equipment and other MHS related equipment
• Maintenance on site as scoped on service contract
• Lead for the team and automated handling system specialist
• Maintain and monitor equipment performance, especially sorter equipment
• Execute daily maintenance activities, perform daily inspections and fault findings
• Identify causes of equipment failures and rectify them
• Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as agreed in maintenance contracts

• Middle level of technical education
• Electro-mechanical experience
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as MHS/Warehouse automation maintenance technician
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as MHS/Warehouse Sorter technician
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical components
• Ability to work under stress situations
• Read and write English
• Flexibility to take over work on the next shift
• Experience with baggage flow control and correcting flow disturbances
• Rapid response to failures and electro-mechanical fault finding and repairs
• Wiring and signal measurement knowledge; PLC and SCADA familiarity (not programming)
• Willingness to be trained in PLC concepts and basic troubleshooting
• Willingness to be trained in appropriate contractor training (electrical and mechanical, OEM approved)
• Maximo, HSE awareness
• Experience with possi-sorter, cross-belt sorter, VCC (if applicable)

This role requires hands-on, on-site maintenance of automated handling systems and leadership on sorter-related activities. All content is focused on job responsibilities and qualifications relevant to the role.
