Instrument Technician

An established industrial company in Manama is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team.

This is a full‑time position offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair various instruments and equipment such as flow meters, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, and control valves.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of all instruments.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete larger projects or tasks.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing tasks.
• Communicate effectively with management about any issues or concerns that may arise.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting.
• Must have experience with instrumentation systems such as PLCs, DCSs, SCADAs.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
