Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations

• Perform preventive maintenance troubleshooting repair and inspection of manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment operates in optimal condition
• Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs on mechanical and electrical systems
• Conduct routine inspections and address issues as they arise
• Carry out calibration and verification of machinery equipment and measuring instruments
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure accuracy and proper working condition
• Recommend improvements to machinery equipment and production processes to enhance safety and efficiency
• Develop maintenance programs and suggest equipment replacement when necessary
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems QMS and Health Safety procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Rebar Cut & Bend Maintenance Field
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
