Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our maintenance team in Manama As a Handyman you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to building maintenance repairs and renovations

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and identify any necessary repairs or maintenance tasks
• Perform basic plumbing electrical and carpentry repairs as needed
• Install and repair fixtures such as doors windows and cabinets
• Paint walls and touch up any damaged areas
• Handle general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs repairing leaky faucets etc
• Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked
• Work with other team members to complete larger maintenance projects
• Communicate with tenants or residents to address any concerns or issues they may have

• Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of basic plumbing electrical and carpentry work
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English Arabic language skills are a plus
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary 1300$ per month negotiable based on experience

• Full-time position with regular working hours 40 hours per week
