• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage, irrigation, water supply systems, and sanitary fixtures in accordance with industry standards.
• Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Interpret and implement building architecture plans and plumbing workshop drawings.
• Coordinate with civil contractors, MEP teams, electricians, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems.
• Supervise and guide junior plumbers, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies, such as leaks, blockages, and system failures.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems to prevent potential issues.
• Conduct light chasing, chipping, and necessary maintenance tasks.
• Prepare material lists and cost estimates for variation works.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
• Coordinate with suppliers and technicians for pump and water heater installations.

• Certification in plumbing or equivalent vocational training.
• 3+ years of experience in plumbing, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Familiarity with commercial and residential plumbing systems.
