Dearborn Builders is seeking an experienced, highly organized Service Manager to lead and coordinate our growing home services division. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts with professionalism and efficiency while maintaining the highest level of care for luxury residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily service operations, scheduling, and site visits
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal team members
  • Oversee service requests from initial intake through completion and follow-up
  • Manage timelines, prioritize urgent needs, and ensure work is completed to Dearborn’s quality standards
  • Conduct on-site assessments, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear direction to field teams
  • Maintain detailed documentation, reports, and communication records
  • Winterize homes and prepare properties for the warmer months
    , ensuring seasonal readiness and preventative maintenance
  • Proactively maintain and oversee extremely high-end client homes
    , delivering white-glove service and consistent attention to detail
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in carpentry and residential trades
    , with strong field knowledge across multiple scopes of work
  • Proven background in residential construction, home services, or property maintenance management
  • Strong leadership, organization, and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-service abilities suited for luxury clientele
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and remain calm under pressure
  • Comfortable performing site visits, coordinating trades, and overseeing work in the field
  • Must have strong computer skills
    , including email communication, scheduling software, and basic documentation/reporting
  • Professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and polished in presentation
