• Evaluate homeowner needs and recommend HVAC solutions
• Present financing and pricing options clearly and confidently
• Close deals in the home

• Consistent, high‑quality leads provided
• Full‑time, year‑round work

• 5+ years of in‑home sales experience (HVAC preferred)
• Proven track record of closing high‑ticket sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Availability for evenings and weekends
