Senior HVAC Service/Install Technician

Manfredi Heating + Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician/Installer to join our family‑owned and operated company serving Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex Counties. We take pride in providing honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and dependable service while treating every customer’s home with care and respect.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of residential HVAC experience and be equally comfortable diagnosing and repairing systems during service calls and completing residential swap‑out installations. We are looking for a dependable, well‑rounded professional who communicates clearly with homeowners, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and can confidently handle a job from diagnosis through completion.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of residential HVAC experience is required
• Ability to both service and install residential HVAC equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a pre‑employment drug screening and background check
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
