Job Description

Location: Manassas Park, VA

Eligibility: Must live in a current designated HUBZone. See HUBZone map to verify compliance.

Schedule: Part‑time (10 hours/week), Monday‑through‑Thursday, morning shift preferred.

Starting pay: $12.41 per hour

We are seeking a receptionist to assist with greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and basic administrative support.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective telephone, mail, and email communications internally and externally.
  • Greet visitors and answer telephone inquiries, routing calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage conference room reservations and organize all aspects for meetings.
  • Assist with large mailings.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings.
  • Maintain general office inventory.
  • Update various spreadsheet sheets and perform other general administrative duties as needed.
Skills and Experience
  • Detail‑oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Basic computer literacy, capable of functioning independently.
Required Qualifications
  • Must live in a current designated HUBZone. Verify compliance with the HUBZone map.
  • Must be capable of passing a simple background check.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or evidence of current enrollment in a program of study.
