Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, and 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
- Experience with development of new requirements specifications, flow down of requirements.
- Experience with system requirements management.
- System Integration and Test Experience.
- Proven Leadership Experience (3 years or more).
- Requirements Trace Verification Matrix Development (RTVM).
- Customer Interface (Internal & External).
- Development of requirements verification plans and test procedures.

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems has an opportunity in Liverpool, NY for a Senior Staff Systems Engineer supporting the MK‑48 Torpedo, Thin Lined Towed Array Handling System (TLTAHS), or Next Gen SURTASS and Saildrone Array USW programs. In this role you will help tackle complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions. You will collaborate with a diverse team of technical professionals and be a flexible, motivated, detail‑focused, team‑oriented member capable of multitasking.
