Vending Manager

This role will work the overnight shift

Perform route driver duties when necessary Conduct ride-along's with drivers to ensure compliance with Company procedures and policies

About the jobTake the lead in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment where operations, service, and strategy come together. In this role, you’ll oversee warehouse logistics, route efficiency, and team performance while driving revenue growth and ensuring high-quality service delivery that aligns with organizational values.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Pay Range: $67405 per year - $87230 per year

What you’ll bring

Experience managing teams and operations in a fast-paced logistics, retail, or food service environment

Organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, purchasing, and route planning effectively

Familiarity with asset management systems and a track record of maintaining accurate records and controlsA commitment to safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction across all touchpoints

Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate teams, resolve challenges, and drive results
