Warehouse Worker

Position Summary

The primary function of the Warehouse Worker is to handle warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, product storage, and delivery setup.

• Maintain health and safety compliance in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare orders by processing requests: pull accurate materials and place in appropriate area for customer pick up or delivery.
• Load and unload trucks as necessary.
• Maintain inventory controls through minimizing material damage and ensuring order accuracy.
• Organize the warehouse and manage bin locations.
• Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs., walking or standing for most of the shift, wearing protective gear and steel‑toed boots.
• Ensure equipment is maintained to company operating standards and can operate a forklift.

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience or more preferred.

• Remain standing or moving 50% of the shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.; wear protective gear and steel‑toed boots.
• Operate warehouse machinery and forklifts.
• Problem‑solve, prioritize tasks, manage stress, multitask, and communicate solutions promptly.

• Hourly wage typically $18.00 to $22.78, varying by location, education, training, and experience.
• Overtime as required and performance‑based bonus programs.
