Senior Accountant

They are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant who is comfortable jumping in, wearing multiple hats, and supporting the Controller across day-to-day accounting functions. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being close to the numbers and directly involved in billing, collections, and operations.

• Billing, collections, and data entry (primary focus areas)
• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform account reconciliations and support financial reporting
• Assist with manual payroll and general ledger activities
• Support audit preparation
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and forecasting
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to support daily accounting operations

• Senior-level accounting or finance experience
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and reporting
• Experience using Quick Books
• Strong Excel skills
• Comfortable in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial, family-run environment
• Flexible mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
