Overview

Pay: $20–$25 per hour (paid weekly)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

The Plumbing Admin provides administrative and operational support to office management and sales staff. This role helps keep the plumbing operation organized, efficient, and properly documented while supporting day-to-day administrative needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support including typing proposals, correspondence, and reports
  • Answer and screen incoming calls; communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Research topics and compile information from files and records for special projects and reports
  • Set up and troubleshoot electronic devices (laptops, cell phones, tablets)
  • Update and generate regular operational reports
  • Schedule vehicle maintenance and distribute gas cards as needed
  • Order uniforms for field employees
  • Order office supplies, business cards, and marketing materials
  • Assist with warehouse inventory control
  • Maintain ownership of the purchase order process
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Some administrative experience or relevant training (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Ability to work in-office, Monday–Friday
  • Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
