Position: Construction Administrator (Bilingual) in Manassas

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate EHS office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Provide professional communication support, including answering phones, directing calls, and handling email and written correspondence efficiently.
  • Schedule and coordinate safety meetings and appointments for EHS staff; manage calendars and ensure timely reminders.
  • Utilize time tracking software to accurately record staff hours, safety training sessions, and project durations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock of safety equipment and placing orders when necessary.
  • Manage visitor reception by greeting guests professionally, ensuring compliance with site safety protocols, and directing them appropriately.
  • Provide general administrative support to EHS staff and management, including filing, document creation, data entry, and maintaining EHS records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment in compliance with safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within construction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with time tracking software; familiarity with Procore is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Previous experience using Procore is a plus.
