Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has an opportunity for the right individual that speaks Spanish to join our service team, as a Service Advisor. We have a huge Hispanic clientele that demands a Service Advisor that speaks their language and understands how to deal with their vehicle needs.
- 80 Walk in clients daily
- Brand new State of the Art, Multi-Million Dollar facility
- Full Climate Controlled Service Shop and Service Drive
- 25 Factory certified technicians
- Business Development Center to handle all incoming appointment setting
- Lindsay, “Washington Metro’s Best Auto Dealer Workplace.”
- Write service repair orders & follow up with Service Clientele
- Create and maintain working relationships with Clients and Technicians
- Address the primary reason for the service visit and present recommended maintenance.
- Achieve monthly performance goals while maintaining superior Customer Satisfaction.
- Maintain communication with the customer throughout the day and deliver on our value proposition while utilizing Text, Email, and Voice communication.
