The Replenishment Coordinator provides support for activities related to purchasing, inventory management, and sales within an assigned area. The role ensures operational efficiency and delivers customer satisfaction.
This role will be onsite Monday - Friday in Manassas, VA.
Essential Responsibilities- Assist with needed communication strategies within the assigned area.
- Support tasks associated with stock status and service shortfalls.
- Coordinate urgent needs with all cross‑functional teams associated with an area, including area leadership, merchandising, sales, replenishment, replenishment support specialists, operations, logistics and track and trace teams.
- Support the area with inventory management, inbound and outbound receipt management, key account management, and review and send out needed supply chain reporting as needed.
- Support the teams with routine tasks and administrative work such as reporting reviews and service escalations.
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned to support day‑to‑day area activities.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.

Sellers, Replenishment team, area leadership (Replenishment, Merchandising, Sales) - External:
Collaborate with third‑party resources
- On‑site:
This role is on site at a local market and in an office‑based environment.
- 1 year of replenishment, merchandising or supply chain experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with various cross‑functional team members.
- Technology proficient.
- Proficiency and proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Some college experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong teamwork skills.
The expected base rate for this role is between $19 - $36 per hour.
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.
