Our client, a leading organization in the global supply chain and procurement sector, is seeking a Procurement Admin Specialist to join their team. As a Procurement Admin Specialist, you will be part of the procurement operations supporting a dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Procurement Admin Specialist

Location: Manassas, Virginia

Responsibilities
  • Support daily procurement operations and administrative functions to ensure smooth purchasing activities and accurate reporting.
  • Maintain procurement master data including info records, source lists, and pricing information.
  • Create and manage purchase orders, including changes, updates, and adjustments.
  • Assist with invoice reconciliation, goods receipt, and payment processing activities.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational accuracy.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related operational support roles within a multinational environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working with procurement systems, data tracking, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
