Senior Project Manager, Electronic Security Integration

Hybrid (Remote with Onsite client and team meetings)

• Own full P&L on $2-3M electronic security integration projects (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire/life safety) from award through closeout
• Build and maintain schedules in Microsoft Project, track critical path, and flag risk before it becomes a client escalation
• Own time, scope, and budget while the account executive manages the client relationship and the account manager handles change orders
• Read and work directly from architectural, electrical, and low‑voltage drawing packages
• Deliver accurate WIP reports, cost-to-complete forecasts, and AIA billing (G702/G703) on schedule, every time

• Managed $2-3M in projects running simultaneously
• Owned project P&L directly, with healthy margin accountability
• Built and defended real schedules in Microsoft Project under client pressure
• Picked up the phone as soon as something looked off, ahead of any client escalation
• Worked demanding, high-expectation clients such as data center or enterprise accounts
