Job Title
Lockheed Martin is looking for an experienced contracts professional to lead the development, implementation, and execution of classified contracts and has the ability to effectively implement negotiation strategies in support of the Undersea Mission Systems (UMS) sub-market within the MIC2 business unit area.
The work will include end to end lifecycle contracts management of classified contracts in a SCIF space onsite. Specifically, this role oversees a portfolio that includes primarily U.S. Government (FAR/DFARS) classified agreements but will also require support for Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) as needed. Success for this position hinges on expert contract negotiation, rigorous compliance implementation, and the ability to partner with cross functional teams to protect program interests and drive business growth to classified programs.
Additionally, the ability to analyze and mitigate contract risks as well as develop contingency plans to minimize potential losses is a key requirement for this role.
