Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Construction Superintendent to support large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects. This individual will serve as the primary on-site leader
, responsible for managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead all on-site construction operations, ensuring alignment with project plans, schedules, and specifications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and OSHA compliance, maintaining a safe work environment for all personnel
- Maintain detailed daily logs, site reports, and documentation of progress and issues
- Coordinate with Project Managers to develop and execute project schedules, sequencing, and milestones
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and risks to prevent delays or cost overruns
- Oversee quality control, ensuring all work meets client expectations and company standards
- Manage punch list and closeout activities through final project acceptance
- Develop and organize the site team, logistics, and temporary facilities/utilities
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and ensure scope alignment to avoid change orders
- 5–10+ years of experience in commercial construction (general contractor environment)
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, Site Superintendent, or Field Superintendent
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
- Experience managing subcontractors and multi-trade coordination
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission critical/data center projects
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project
- Background in federal, healthcare, or advanced manufacturing projects
