Director of OSP Construction (Hyperscale Fiber)
Manassas, VA (On-site)
$180K + Bonus + Relocation
Broadstaff is seeking a Director of OSP Construction to lead large-scale, long‑haul fiber projects supporting hyperscale data center connectivity (not FTTH/residential work).
This role will own full P&L, manage multi‑million‑dollar underground construction projects ($400K–$20M+), and serve as a client‑facing leader for major infrastructure initiatives, including data center interconnects and long‑haul builds.
What You’ll Do- Lead large-scale OSP construction programs (long‑haul, fiber rings, data center connectivity)
- Manage P&L, budgets, and operational performance
- Oversee crews, subcontractors, and heavy underground construction operations (HDD, duct banks, large rigs)
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise/hyperscale clients (e.g., Amazon ecosystem)
- 10+ years of OSP construction leadership experience
- Proven track record running large infrastructure projects ($10M+)
- Background in long‑haul fiber / data center connectivity (NOT FTTH)
- Strong client‑facing experience and operational ownership
