A nationally active commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale commercial construction projects. • Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and change management
• Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure project execution aligns with schedule, safety, and quality standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, design teams, and consultants
• Manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and project documentation
• Lead project meetings and provide clear, consistent reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Drive project closeout, including commissioning, punch lists, and final documentation

• 5–10+ years of experience managing large‑scale commercial construction projects
• Experience working for a commercial general contractor
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and subcontractor scopes
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency with standard construction and project management software
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
