Southland Concrete Corporation is a leading concrete contractor serving general contractors across the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area in both private and public sectors. The company specializes in cast-in-place concrete work for steel frame office buildings, tilt-up construction, data centers, warehouses, and foundations. Work is primarily concentrated within a 50–75 mile radius of the Manassas-area office, covering Virginia, Maryland, and parts of West Virginia.

The Sr Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Manassas, VA. This position is responsible for leading concrete construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with general contractors, subcontractors and internal teams.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance for risk management and scheduling.
• Supervise and mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Partner with estimating to secure projects and develop scopes.
• Build long-term client relationships and strengthen company reputation.
• Represent company leadership in client negotiations.
• Oversee profitability across multiple projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent related experience.
• 7-10 years of progressive project management experience with a construction subcontractor, including significant experience managing concrete construction projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex, or multiple concurrent projects.
• Exceptional leadership, client management, strategic planning, and team development skills.
• Strong understanding of concrete construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontract administration.
